Dietary Requirements


We cater to your needs, please select meal option during check-out. Meals are included in the ticketed price. Please don't hesitate to email info@broomepearlfarmtours.com if you have any other special requirements or questions




What to Bring


Please wear practical enclosed footwear suitable for boating, and we recommened a hat, sunglasses and your camera. We have suncreen and water available on the tours. The vessel is large, comfortable and stable and it is unlikely that you will feel seasick however if you are prone to seasickness then please take necessary medical precautions as required.




Children


Children are welcome on our tours. All children on board are the resonsibility of the parent at all times.




Weight and Disabilities


There are no weight or disability restrictions as such. You must be able to physically embark and disembark all vehicles and vessels - this includes our bus, tender, sea-legs and catamaran. Please contact us to discuss any special requirements and we are more than happy to faciliate where we can to ensure you can safely board and enjoy your tour. Payment of Tours


You can purchase your tour online at broomepearlfarmtours.com/tours or please email info@broomepearlfarmtours.com for bank details should you wish to pay via eft, or phone 0427 91 91 91 should you wish to book over the phone.




Do I need to bring money?


During the VIP Pearl Farm tours, on board the Karma IV, we have an onboard bar which you may wish to purchase alcoholic refreshments from, you can pay with cash or card. We supply complimentary water during your tour. VIP Harvest Tours offer complimentary alcoholic refreshments.




Cancellation Policy


Yes you can cancel your tour if you provide us with 72 hours notice, you will receive a full refund. Any cancellation notice should be emailed to info@broomepearlfarmtours.com . If less than 72 hours notice is provided then you will not receive a refund. There is no refund offered for tours purchased but not utilised. We may cancel any tour due to unforseen circumstances. In this instance you will be notified and we will reschedule your tour or provide you with a full refund.




Toilet facilities


We provide toilet facilities on board the Karma IV, the MV Paspaley IV, and also in the Paspaley Pearls Boutique in Chinatown. Some of our bus transfer vehicles do also contain toilet facilities.




Can I harvest my own pearl and then purchase the pearl?


Yes you can* - *On the VIP Farm Tour, one lucky guest will be able to harvest a pearl from a live shell. *On the VIP Harvest Tour all guests will be able to harvest a pearl from a live shell. The pearl will be graded by our specialists and once this is complete the guest who harvested the pearl will have the opportunity to purchase the same pearl at a heavily discounted rate.
